Responsibilities
- Own and drive on-ground marketing operations for stores, focusing on overall store performance and growth.
- Plan and execute customer acquisition activities such as sampling and leaflet distribution for store openings and daily operations.
- Collaborate with shopping malls to secure advertising placements and exposure resources, and manage negotiation, execution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify underperforming stores and develop targeted improvement strategies, ensuring execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Develop and operate B2B scenarios such as corporate catering and afternoon tea programs to build sustainable revenue channels.
- Leverage and convert mall staff and surrounding traffic into store customers to improve organic footfall and conversion.
Requirements
- Experience in F&B or retail, with a strong understanding of store operations; frontline or regional experience is preferred.
