Warehouse Manager (Team Leader) for our Forest Products Operation at the Port of Sheerness. You will take ownership of day-to-day operational performance across safety, quality, and cost, ensuring all aspects of goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch run efficiently and effectively. With a strong focus on stock integrity and continuous improvement, you will use KPIs to drive performance and deliver an operation that consistently meets — and exceeds — customer expectations.
As a key leader on site, you will:
- Lead and support your team across a 24-hour operation
- Promote a culture of safety, communication, and accountability
- Plan and allocate resources effectively
- Deliver toolbox talks and ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate loading and discharge operations
You will also play an important role in:
- Stock management and control
- EHS reporting and compliance
- Supporting HR processes
- Leading investigations and driving continuous improvement
