Are you excited by the opportunity of a Human Resources Advisor role where you can work collaboratively with managers and make a real impact to the success of a dynamic Port Cluster? We’re seeking a proactive and people focused HR Advisor to join our team, based at our Port in Sheerness, also providing coverage to Great Yarmouth.
Your role
This is a standalone, hands‑on role where you’ll be given the autonomy to deliver key people plan initiatives locally. You’ll be the go‑to HR contact on site, working collaboratively with leaders to enhance employee engagement and ensure smooth operational delivery. You will support case management and employee relations matters, including absence meetings and follow ups, as well as coordinating activities for the local Employee Representatives Forum. You will support assessment centres and recruitment activities, championing local HR initiatives and contributing to wider site projects.
