We’re seeking a PMO Analyst to join our dynamic Technology and Transformation Programme, supporting a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aimed at standardising and automating key business processes across our organisation. Your role This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an experienced programme management team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting high profile technology and automation projects – from planning and documentation to reporting, governance, and assurance. You will be providing support to project and programme managers, maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation, helping to drive consistency, compliance and transparency across project delivery frameworks, as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes and practices. You will assist in producing high quality reporting for senior stakeholders to support strategic decision making. What you\’ll bring You’ll be: A recent graduate with a degree in a subject with an analytical bias (e.g. English, Business, IT, Engineering, Maths, Economics), or an early-career professional with a strong interest in project delivery, technology, or business transformation; Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a changing environment; Detail oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset; A strong verbal and written communicator, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels; Comfortable questioning existing ways of working and suggesting improvements; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Exposure to project environments or business administration through university projects, internships, or work experience is beneficial, but not essential.
