Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team to play a key role in contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Your Role

In this role, you will coordinate end to end logistics operations across multiple locations, providing a seamless one-stop-shop service to our customers. Working in a busy and collaborative environment, you will support a variety of commodities, ensuring accuracy, efficient operations and compliance at every stage. You will communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely operations, managing the preparation, dispatch and delivery of cargo, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant and responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email and in person. You will calculate costs, draft formal quotations for potential customers and complete invoicing and submissions ‘right first time’. This is a part time opportunity, working 09.00 to 14.30, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll bring

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence handling data
  • The ability to work independently but also to collaborate as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in logistics, transport or customs would be ideal but not essential, as would experience with Destin8 systems.
