As part of our dedicated Occupational Health team, you will be instrumental in supporting the health and wellbeing of our diverse workforce. This is a varied and fulfilling role offering scope for professional growth and leadership. You will provide expert case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion services, leading with a designated functional area within the organisation. Working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team you will ensure a consistent, high-quality OH service is delivered.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong foundation in Occupational Health, being both practical and people-focused;
  • A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health (NMC registered);
  • Broad experience across OH services, including case management, health surveillance and screening, across audiology, respiratory health and HAVS assessments;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • The ability to work independently while being an active part of the team with a genuine passion for employee health and wellbeing.
