This is a highly visible leadership role where you will work closely with the Executive Team playing a key role in helping to share and deliver the EHS strategy across one of the UK’s leading port and logistics businesses. You will support our aim of achieving our goal of zero harm and sustainable operations. You will lead the development of group-wide EHS policies, procedures and guidance, drive strategic EHS projects, and provide assurance through audits and governance activities across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, lead incident investigations where required, promote EHS communications and best practice, and deputise for the Group EHS Director when necessary.

  • An outcome-focused approach, being highly organised, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in EHS.
