About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage clients’ payroll operations. The role ensures the timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with applicable employment, tax, and statutory regulations. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and attention to detail are essential.

What you will do
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including overtime payments, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payment.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and generate payslips accurately.
- Handle statutory filings, including IR21 and annual IR8A submission.
- Review employee status changes and ensure accurate and timely data updates in the payroll system.
- Administer government-paid leave and expense claims.
- Maintain and manage payroll data using HRMS systems.
Requirements
- Min. a diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or its equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting
- Strong knowledge in MOM Employment Act, CPF Act & Tax regulations
- Ability to process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal communications and ability to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and clients
- Proactive in problem-solving and continuously seeking to improve processes and outcomes
