We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven track record of Corporate Secretarial experiences to join our team of Corporate Secretarial Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine corporate secretarial matters for client companies
- Prepare and file ACRA lodgements (e.g. annual returns, officer changes, share transfers)
- Draft directors’ resolutions, AGM / EGM documents, and statutory registers
- Prepare onboarding documents for new clients (KYC, beneficial ownership, registers)
- Basic liaising with clients, directors, and service providers on compliance matters
- Support company incorporations, striking-off, and other ACRA procedures
- Assist in handover matters from previous corporate secretaries where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
- Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system and Companies Act requirements
- Experience handling shares transfers, officer changes, and annual filings
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Good written and spoken English
- Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
- Prior experience in corporate service firms is an advantage
