Heyoo is not a typical consultancy. We’re a customer experience operations partner working with ambitious businesses across the UK, Middle East and North America. Clients come to us for clarity, execution and measurable results across marketing, sales and service.

We’re building a sharper, more accountable team and are looking for an Account Manager who wants to step up, take ownership and grow quickly. This is not a passive client services role; you’ll be expected to think, act and take responsibility early.

You will support and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring work runs smoothly, communication is tight and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with senior team members but will be expected to take increasing ownership of clients, projects and outcomes over time.

  • Support and run client meetings, capturing actions and driving follow ups
  • Keep projects moving across marketing, CRM and delivery teams
  • Track actions, deadlines and outputs across accounts
