Heyoo is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy with big ambitions. We help businesses thrive through marketing, automation and technology. Our team works across the UK, Middle East and Africa and North America, partnering with global enterprises to deliver transformative digital solutions. Our clients don't come to us for vague ideas, they come for serious results.
We're a trusted HubSpot partner, working alongside world-class platforms including Aircall, Surfe, Maqsam, Apollo, Supered and Databox. Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a HubSpot Consultant to join our delivery team. This isn't a role for someone who configures workflows and moves on. We want someone who thinks at the system level, who walks into a client's business, understands what's broken and designs solutions that fundamentally change how their sales, marketing, and service teams operate. You'll bring serious platform expertise, a sharp commercial mind, and the ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders from day one.
You'll work across complex, multihub HubSpot implementations for global enterprise clients, often alongside complementary platforms like Salesforce, Aircall and Apollo. The work is varied, the clients are ambitious and the standard is high.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS, and Operations Hub, scoping, configuring, and delivering to a consistently high standard.
- Consult on CRM strategy, data architecture and revenue operations, helping clients align their technology stack to their commercial goals.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms across the sales, marketing, and service ecosystem, including Salesforce migrations and bi-directional sync projects.
- Diagnose underperforming HubSpot portals and design clear, prioritised roadmaps for improvement.
- Run discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions that quickly surface the real problems, not just the stated ones.
- Own client relationships through the delivery lifecycle, building the kind of trust that turns projects into long-term partnerships.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to Heyoo's internal knowledge base and delivery standards.
- Stay ahead of HubSpot's product roadmap and bring relevant innovations to clients before they ask.
You’ll have:
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience across multiple Hubs and complex client environments.
- Deep knowledge of the broader CRM and RevOps ecosystem - Salesforce experience is a strong advantage, particularly migrations and integrations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions across the full go-to-market tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer service, and data platforms.
- HubSpot certifications across relevant Hubs - we expect you to hold them and keep them current.
- Strong discovery and solution design skills - you ask the right questions and translate complexity into clarity.
- Client-facing confidence: you're comfortable presenting to C-suite, running workshops, and managing challenging conversations.
- A structured, detail-oriented delivery approach with the flexibility to adapt when projects evolve.
- Experience working in a consultancy, systems integrator, or HubSpot partner environment is strongly preferred.
Our benefits include:
- Up to 40 days paid time off (including holidays, Christmas break and your birthday).
- Hybrid working and flexible hours.
- Global working opportunities.
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support.
- Vitality Health Plan.
- Company Pension.
- Personal development programmes with access to partner training.
- Cycle to Work and Bright Exchange discount schemes.
- Maternity/Paternity support for new parents.
