  • Collaborate with the SEO/AEO team to ensure content is optimised for discovery, featured snippets and answer engine visibility
  • Identify and activate loop marketing touchpoints - referral, retention and re-engagement - within the automation layer
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene: segmentation, contact properties, list management and attribution reporting
  • Run structured test and learn experiments across subject lines, content formats, CTAs and send cadences
  • Stay sharp on emerging trends in content and automation and bring new ideas to the team proactively

You’ll have:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role with a strong focus on automation and/or content (agency background a plus)

  • Familiarity with AEO/SEO fundamentals and how content strategy connects to search visibility
  • A collaborative mindset, with a calm, proactive approach to fast moving priorities

Our benefits include:

  • Hybrid working and flexible hours
  • Global working opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support
  • Vitality Health Plan and Company Pension
  • Personal development programmes with access to global partner training
