About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, where you'll be part of an inspiring, creative, and technically strong group of professionals. This role offers the chance to produce efficient, high-quality technical designs for both new builds and refurbishment projects across a diverse range of sectors.   • Has 5-8 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
  • Is a confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply.
  • Is passionate about continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Has a strong interest in architecture and the relationship between structural engineering and architectural design.
  • Is committed to sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through design.
  • Enjoys engineering and mentoring younger engineers.
  • Is near chartered or is a chartered member of the IStructE or ICE (or other relevant institution).
  • Can design and deliver structural solutions on complex projects.
  • Possesses excellent project management skills and the ability to manage time, resources, costs, and communication within and outside the practice.
