About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, where you will be part of an inspiring, creative, and technically strong group of professionals. This role offers the chance to produce efficient, high-quality technical designs for both new builds and refurbishment projects across a diverse range of sectors. - Has 5-8 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Is a confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply.
- Is passionate about continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Has a strong interest in architecture and the relationship between structural engineering and architectural design.
- Is committed to sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through design.
- Enjoys engineering and mentoring younger engineers.
- Is near chartered or is a chartered member of the IStructE or ICE (or other relevant institution).
- Can design and deliver structural solutions on complex projects.
- Possesses excellent project management skills and the ability to manage time, resources, costs, and communication within and outside the practice.
