We are currently working on exciting and innovative projects throughout the UK for many of the leading developers and architects. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director level Civil Engineering professional to lead and grow our Civil Engineering team in Manchester.
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering design activities
- Work closely with the Structures Director and London Civils Management on project delivery
- Lead civils business development through work winning, fee proposals and bid submissions
- Oversee technical quality, standards and regulatory compliance across project delivery
- Support the financial management of projects, including resource planning and team performance monitoring
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and technical experience within civil engineering design teams
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness, with experience in business development and bid support
- Sound understanding of technical standards, quality assurance and regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational and financial management skills, including resource planning and team performance monitoring
