We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director level Civil Engineering professional to lead and grow our Civil Engineering team in Manchester.
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering design activities
- Work closely with the Structures Director and London Civils Management on project delivery
- Lead civils business development through work winning, fee proposals and bid submissions
- Oversee technical quality, standards and regulatory compliance across project delivery
- Support the financial management of projects, including resource planning and team performance monitoring
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and technical experience within civil engineering design teams
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness, with experience in business development and bid support
- Sound understanding of technical standards, quality assurance and regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational and financial management skills, including resource planning and team performance monitoring
