About the role:
HTS has an exciting opportunity for a bright, keen, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Front of House team to join our central London office. Reporting to our Operations Manager and working alongside our Front of House Assistant, you will be the face and voice of HTS, so a positive, outgoing personality is key to this role. If you want to be part of a friendly and dynamic practice, then we want to hear from you. Our award-winning building regularly holds industry and private events, so a person with hospitality experience would be an advantage,
The role includes:
- Welcoming staff and clients to our newly designed office
- Daily stock checking these include: Cleaners’ supplies, Kitchen supplies, Bathroom supplies, PPE equipment – face masks, hand sanitisers, antibacterial wipes
- Stationery supplies
- Answering external calls
- Helping prepare in-house informal lunches 3 times a week
- Keeping areas clean and clear of clutter
- Ordering couriers, taxis
- Liaising with security company for weekend cover if required
- Arranging couriers/travel
Requirements for the role:
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise activities to meet deadlines
- Pro-active and hands-on approach
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
