We are searching for a Sales Executive/Account Executive for a fantastic mission-driven 40 person Health-tech scale up. The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of Growth in the UK. You will be responsible for selling the company's AI solutions to the NHS and private mental health providers, driving net new deals and growing their client base in the UK. You will own and strategically manage your territories, driving the end-to-end buyer's journey from prospecting to close and will have had experience selling at enterprise level.
Responsibilities
- Drive success of the company's UK commercial goals through achieving individual sales quotas.
- Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners to drive pipeline creation.
- Qualify and close sales opportunities based on the company's sales methodology & metrics.
- Identify, cultivate and close on net-new business.
- Leverage internal resources (Clinical, Customer Success, Senior Leadership) in Sales Campaigns.
- Work effectively with Marketing and Customer Success to target individuals in accounts with tailored messaging and positive case studies of impact in similar providers.
- Ensure high quality accurate sales data in Hubspot, forecast sales activity and revenue.
Experience
- Enterprise level SaaS sales experience preferred, ideally within mental health, NHS or healthcare.
- Domain expertise within Mental Health in the UK.
- Experience managing and closing complex multi-solution sales-cycles, including prior success in closing large enterprise deals (£50K above).
- You have a portfolio of Clinical Directors, Service Leads, Directors of Transformation contacts in the NHS and private mental health providers.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Suite, Slack.
- Willing to travel 25% or more as needed for client meetings.
- Willing to be in office for Growth and Sales meetings every Friday in London.
