We are searching for a hungry and bright AI literate full stack Junior Marketing Executive for a scaling global fintech based in West London. This Junior Marketing Exec role spans creative, digital and commercial marketing, whether that’s crafting compelling copy, building campaigns, digging into data or producing creative that stops people scrolling.
This is a fantastic chance to develop real breadth of experience and have tangible impact early in their career, in a genuinely exciting corner of the financial world.
Responsibilities
Content & Copy
- Write and edit engaging copy across digital and print channels including social media, email campaigns, website content, ads and thought leadership pieces.
- Support the development of brand voice and messaging that positions the business clearly and compellingly in competitive markets.
- Help translate complex financial topics including FX, international payments, market movements into clear, accessible and interesting content for a non-specialist audience.
Design & Creative
- Support the creation of on-brand visual assets for digital and physical channels, working alongside designers or directly in tools such as Canva or Adobe.
- Bring creative ideas to campaign concepts, social content and visual storytelling. They want someone who has opinions and isn’t afraid to share them.
- Help maintain consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring the brand shows up confidently wherever it appears.
Digital & Data
- Support the management and optimisation of paid and organic digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC.
- Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics, drawing out what’s working and surfacing ideas to improve results.
- Use analytics tools to develop an understanding of audience behaviour, campaign ROI and channel performance, turning that data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Campaign & Project Support
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product and trading to ensure marketing activity is aligned with commercial priorities and launches.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, staying organised and hitting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Experience
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline is desirable but not essential, we are open to sharp graduates from any background.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, FX or the broader Fintech landscape, you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity about what we do matters.
- 6-12 months hands on Marketing experience whether through commercial means or personal channel growth.
- AI literate, you know your way around Claude, Canva etc and love automating where possible.
- Sharp and quick to learn, you grasp new concepts fast, connect the dots across different disciplines and are always looking to understand the ‘why’ behind things.
- Genuinely creative - you have ideas, you notice good marketing when you see it and you want to make things that are actually interesting.
- Comfortable with data, happy to dig into numbers, spot patterns and use evidence to inform decisions.
- An excellent communicator with clear, confident writing style; the ability to adapt tone for different audiences even more so.
- Hungry and self-motivated, you don’t wait to be told what to do next. You take ownership, bring energy and want to make a visible impact from day one.
- Curious and commercially minded - you understand that good marketing exists to drive business results, and you’re interested in understanding what moves the needle.
