We are searching for an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive growth for a fast-scaling luxury property and travel company based in West London. This is an externally focused role requiring an individual with an established network across the travel and/or luxury property industry. You will be responsible for originating, developing and closing new business partnerships and selling in the company's fintech solution to new clients.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the sales strategy for professional intermediary and institutional channels.
- Leverage your existing travel and/or luxury property network.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers across target firms.
- Pitch and sell a fintech-led solution.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and account handover.
- Represent the business at industry events, roundtables and networking forums.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a B2B sales role within luxury travel or prop-tech industry.
- Demonstrable existing network within one of these areas.
- Strong track record of closing high-value, relationship-led deals.
- Comfortable selling consultatively to travel agencies and consortia, tour operators and luxury property companies and distribution partners.
- Experience working with referral, introducer or partnership-led sales models.
- Highly credible, commercial and relationship-driven.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Self-starter with strong pipeline discipline and resilience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making environments.
