We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head of Faculty: English to join our team during a period of rapid growth.
In this role you will lead English and line-manage a small faculty team that currently includes staff from English, Performing Arts and MFL.
Responsibilities- Lead and line-manage the faculty team.
- Shape and steer the faculty structure and direction.
- Develop, support and inspire colleagues across subject areas.
- Facilitate collaboration and curriculum development across the faculty.
The role is suitable for an existing middle leader or an aspiring teacher ready to take the next step in their career. Successful candidates must undertake and receive a Disclosure & Barring Service check and attend safeguarding training.
