1 x Teaching Assistant Level 3, Term Time only. Start Date 1st September 2026. Based at our Nursery Site on South Street, Rochdale. The Governing Body of Heybrook Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint a Permanent Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead the two‑year‑old provision at our Nursery site on South Street, Rochdale.

36 hours 15 minutes per week (8:00 am – 3:45 pm) with a half‑hour lunch break Monday to Friday. Grade 5 (points 12‑17). Annual salary £23,992 – £26,026. Heybrook Primary and Nursery School is a large, multi‑cultural primary school situated in Rochdale. The School currently has 706 children from ages 2 to 11. Our school is an exciting place to work with well‑behaved children and a friendly, dedicated staff team. Our school motto is ‘Be happy, be healthy, be successful and learn together’ and we are committed to achieving this for every child.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to promote excellence in teaching and learning. You will lead the small two‑year‑old provision with an experienced and dedicated team. You will have PPA and the support of the Nursery lead. You will work with our Nursery Lead to plan and prepare resources. We are committed to staff CPD, with many staff pursuing Level 4, 5 and 6 Apprenticeships and specialist courses.
