We are looking for a motivated and analytical Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst to join our Sales team at DENSO Marston Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales operations, data analysis, and commercial reporting within a global manufacturing organisation. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales function through detailed reporting, data analysis, and administrative coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and gain exposure to sales strategy, pricing, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Working Hours & Benefits
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 8.30am–5.00pm | Friday 8.30am–1.30pm
- Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial, statistical, and performance reports using Excel and other data-driven tools
- Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for reporting to senior leadership
- Maintain pricing registers, databases, and sales data sets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities, confidently sharing recommendations with the team
- Support the Sales team with the preparation and coordination of customer meetings
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a professional and positive experience
- Coordinate pricing and reporting activities with DENSO Group companies
- Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, supply chain, and other internal teams
- Proactively improve sales processes, reporting methods, and departmental documentation
- Arrange travel and support general administrative activities as required
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Engineering or business related degree is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 capability, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with data and presenting findings clearly
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, sales, or supply chain environment is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. This role would also suit a graduate or early career professional with strong analytical capability and an interest in sales, data, or commercial operations.
