DENSO Marston is a leading name in the design and manufacture of high performance heat exchange units and cooling modules. The company is a prominent global supplier to OEMs in the off highway construction, agricultural and power generation markets. The company has full research, design and development facilities on site to drive its product development.
The HR Adviser will be responsible for delivery of the HR strategy and business policy across the business. The purpose of the role is to provide advice and support to Line Managers on people issues ensuring consistency is applied at all times and that all decisions taken are in line with legislation alongside agreed policies and procedures. The HR Adviser will act as a point of contact for all general day to day HR issues.
