Are you a motivated and ambitious graduate ready to make your mark in the world of engineering and manufacturing? Our client, DENSO Marston, a global leader in off-highway cooling systems, is offering an exceptional opportunity to join our Graduate Programme at their flagship site in Shipley.

As the “Mother Company” within the Global group, the Shipley location is a hub of innovation and collaboration, where cutting-edge engineering meets real-world manufacturing challenges. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the industry’s brightest minds, building the skills and experience that set future leaders apart.

You will undergo a rotational programme which takes you through all the core pillars of our business, from Engineering to Production and Production Support. You'll gain hands-on experience, cross-functional insight, and a deep understanding of how a world-class manufacturing operation runs. Alongside this, you’ll receive tailored mentoring and structured development, empowering you to become a well-rounded, confident and capable engineer.

The training programme is designed to equip you with the tools, mindset, and practical knowledge to accelerate your career in the manufacturing industry sector.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • 25 days per year + statutory bank holidays

The Role:

Successful candidates will begin a career in Engineering in one of these professional functions:

  • Manufacturing Supervision, a role in manufacturing production with full accountability for shift, ensuring safety and performance targets are achieved.
  • Manufacturing efficiency, a role leading and assisting with continuous improvement projects and other similar activities.
  • Production Engineering, developing and deploying Engineering solutions to the Manufacturing environment.
  • Quality Engineer, a role maintaining high standards of quality in the Manufacturing processes.
