At DENSO Marston Ltd in Shipley, West Yorkshire, we design and manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for leading OEMs across off-highway construction, agricultural and engine power markets.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
- Holiday: 25 days per year + 8 statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth opportunities for the business and keep DENSO systems and forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with major customers to strengthen confidence and retention.
- Anticipate customer needs and acquire a thorough understanding of market trends and requirements.
- Take full accountability for account performance, growth, customer satisfaction and long-term sustainability.
- Manage your time effectively to meet decision makers, create quotes, follow up leads and close opportunities.
- Prepare and update Sales Plans and provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and new technologies and share relevant insights with customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain trust and long-term relationships.
- Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
- Deliver sales performance targets through effective activity, structured planning and pipeline management.
Essential Experience / Skills
- Proven account management / sales experience with evidence of sales budget delivery.
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to sell to value drivers and different buying personas.
- Experience managing customers in Automotive, Construction/Agriculture and/or Material Handling (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer and market trends.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
- Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Willingness to travel mainly within the UK and Europe.
