We manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for OEMs across the off-highway, construction and agricultural sectors.
We're seeking a Maintenance Technician with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to support our production operation. Working across a varied range of manufacturing equipment, you'll diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and help improve machinery reliability within a busy manufacturing environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Alternating Shifts
- Week 1 Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am 11:00am
- Week 2 Monday Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, fault-find and repair manufacturing equipment
- Respond to production breakdowns safely and effectively
- Complete preventative maintenance and equipment improvements
- Interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
- Work across both legacy and modern manufacturing machinery
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote high standards of safety and housekeeping
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Time served engineering apprenticeship
- Minimum ONC, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- At least two years' manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills
- PLC fault-finding experience
- Experience maintaining production machinery
- Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience
- Able to work independently or within a team
