We are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager or Senior to become a key part of our professional and supportive team. Working Hours
- Full-time, Office-based (Mon-Thurs: 8:30-17:00, Fri: 8:30-16:00)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit and accounts preparation across various industry sectors
- Plan audits through to completion, including on-site execution
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and feedback
- Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Draft corporation tax returns and management accounts for review
- Identify control risks and make practical recommendations
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines, budgets, and professional standards
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years audit experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and audit methodology
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified considered)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to manage your own workload and mentor others
- Proficient in complex Excel functions
- Full UK driving licence required
