The Role

You’ll be the connective asset between our clients and our creative team: managing relationships, projects, timelines, and budgets across a varied roster of branding, design, animation and communications work. Day‑to‑day you’ll own client comms, run project coordination, write briefs, track deliverables, and keep things moving without losing the energy and quality that Hey! What? is known for. You’ll be picking up the strategic and commercial thinking that makes good account management genuinely valuable. We are a studio that punches well above its size. You’ll need to be comfortable with pace, variety, and responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years minimum experience in a creative agency or studio environment
  • Strong client management instincts, you know how to hold a relationship and hold a deadline
  • Comfortable writing client‑facing communications, project briefs, proposals and reports
  • Confident managing multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
  • A clear, calm communicator whether that’s in person, on email, on a call
  • Genuine ambition to grow your career in an agency
  • A personality. We’re a small team with big energy
