About Hey Savi
Hey Savi is redefining the way women search for fashion. Think Shazam meets Spotify, but for fashion. We're going to spark a new era of fashion discovery, igniting confidence in everybody and every body.
Why We Built Hey Savi
Because shopping shouldn’t feel like a chore. Because fashion should celebrate you - not make you feel like you need to change. Because women deserve a shopping experience that works with their bodies, their budgets and their busy lives. We listened to thousands of women - from stylish professionals to time-poor mums - and the message was clear: online fashion shopping is broken. The industry still sidelines diverse bodies and still assumes beauty comes in one size. We’re not here to fix women. We’re here to fix the system.
If you’ve ever said, "Where can I find that jacket?" then Hey Savi is the app you’ve been waiting for.
What makes Hey Savi different?
- We’re brand agnostic, so results aren’t biased or paid for.
- We work across retailers, making comparison seamless.
- Our search actually understands fashion - not just keywords.
- We use real women’s data to train our tech - every size, shape and style (this isn’t just for fashionistas).
- No matter the style, you can shop the look at your price point - from supermarket to luxury.
- We’re committed to making fashion joyful again, not judgemental.
The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
Our community doesn’t want to scroll through paid ads and dead-end links. They want fashion that fits - in stock, in their size and at the best price - with a search experience that puts them at the centre. Built with Care. Powered by Research. Backed by a Movement: Hey Savi isn’t just an app. It’s a mission. And we’re looking for someone brilliant to help lead the charge.
We’re looking for a deeply organised Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our B2C marketing engine. You’ll be a critical driver of our go-to-market execution, owning acquisition, CRM, paid ads and community engagement - while working closely with our founders, design, product and agency partners. This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the strategy and run the campaigns. You’ll bring clarity to chaos, turning insight into action, and manage a nimble mix of freelancers and agencies across PR, social, CRM and influencer.
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, hungry and full of ideas - a self-starter who thrives on doing a lot with a little and loves finding clever, cost-effective ways to make big things happen. This is a contract role to start - but if you’re as excited by our mission as we are, we’d love it to grow into something permanent.
What You’ll Do
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across paid, owned and earned channels. Activate and optimise paid performance campaigns (primarily Meta & Google) to drive user acquisition and app downloads. Manage CAC, ROAS, funnel performance and optimisation across the customer journey. Identify and test new acquisition channels.
- Campaign Management & Content: Drive campaign ideation and roll-out (product launches, influencer events, beta activations). Collaborate with brand & design on campaign creative and messaging. Build out our marketing calendar with a mix of brand, performance and lifecycle moments.
- CRM, Email & Lifecycle: Own lifecycle marketing and CRM (we use Klaviyo via an external agency). Design and launch automated email flows that onboard, engage and retain users. Use data to optimise content, timing and segmentation.
- Agency & Team Management: Manage our freelancers and agencies - B2B & B2C freelancer/agency, CRM agency, Branding/Design agency and any future freelance resource (e.g. social, video, influencer management). Coordinate with internal stakeholders (founders, product and engineering) to ensure aligned GTM execution.
- Data & Reporting: Own and monitor marketing metrics across acquisition, engagement and retention. Report on growth performance and customer insights weekly. Translate learnings into action - iterate fast, learn faster.
- Community & Movement Building: Help grow the Hey Savi movement - from Instagram stories to IRL events. Manage and grow our ambassador/influencer/creator relationships. Bring energy and ideas to how we build fandom and word-of-mouth magic.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For...
- Team Player - you’re a good human. Easy to work with. Collaborative, kind, direct.
- Experience - you’ve done this before. You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in a consumer brand (fashion, lifestyle, beauty or early-stage tech). You’ve run campaigns, spent budget, managed agencies and built acquisition funnels that deliver.
- Startup-ready - you move fast, stay resourceful, and know when to scrappy-hack vs. polish. You love solving problems and making things happen.
- Embraces AI as a productivity partner - actively uses AI tools to work faster and smarter, and sees them as an enabler rather than a threat.
- Organised AF - you’re a calm chaos-tamer. You get things done, juggle multiple moving parts, and thrive with accountability.
- Commercial & creative - you’re analytical and metrics-driven but also full of fresh campaign ideas. You care about brand and performance. Marketing generalist with depth in acquisition or CRM (ideally both), and solid understanding of:
- Meta/Google paid ads
- Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
- Community marketing
- Event planning (for influencers/partners)
- Ambassador/influencer strategies
- Someone who embraces AI in their role.
- Experience in fashion, beauty or DTC lifestyle.
- A personal love of fashion and strong sense of brand/aesthetic.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing models.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp as a shopping or community channel.
Benefits
- A front-row seat to shaping a movement-led fashion-tech brand.
- A creative, fast-paced, values-led environment that champions individuality.
- Hybrid working - 2 days IRL with the team in London, 3 days remote.
- £50k salary (6-month FTC, temp to perm).
- Big opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
