About the role

Responsibilities
- Write high‑quality, conversion‑focused copy for landing pages, websites, paid search ads, and paid social ads for B2B SaaS clients.
- Create compelling creative angles for ads that align with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing and Design teams to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct creative audits, performance reviews, and analyse what’s working (and what isn’t) to guide new concepts.
- Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different brands while maintaining clarity and persuasion.
- Improve existing landing pages by crafting copy that increases conversion rates compared to the previous version.
- Brainstorm and develop new ideas for experiments, A/B tests, hooks, and ad concepts.
- Contribute to improving internal systems, templates, processes, and workflow efficiency.
- Consistently meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality across multiple accounts.
Qualifications
- 3‑5+ years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating landing page work.
- Proven ability to write conversion‑focused copy for digital channels (landing pages, websites, paid ads).
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS companies or similar tech/digital products.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles and user psychology.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice and messaging to different brands.
- Proficient in using AI tools for ideation, research, and copy optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong project management skills – ability to consistently meet deadlines with high‑quality work.
- Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Brand positioning or brand strategy experience.
- Experience conducting creative audits and performance reviews.
- Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.).
- Experience with sitemap building.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (trial signups, demo requests, conversion rates).
