We are currently looking to recruit a qualified Early Years Educator (level 3 childcare). The role involves spending time listening and reading to children, telling stories, assisting children in their play, and being on your feet all day both inside and outside. Provide children with fun and interesting activities that are messier than at home, offer comfort and reassurance so children feel safe, secure, and consistent, and meet the children’s needs with patience and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Work hours vary between 7.15am and 6pm.
  • Shifts are kept to a maximum of 8.5 hours or less in a day whenever possible, so the team can stay fresh and engaged with the children.
  • Make a positive impact, help children thrive and progress, build on what they already know, and help them become confident and independent learners.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS check prior to employment or already on the Update Service.
  • Two references: one from previous employment and one personal, or two personal references if no work history.

Salary and Working Conditions
