We're winning work, raising standards, and confidently rivalling our competitors, all while keeping the close-knit team culture that makes us special.
As part of our expansion, we're looking for a Service & Operations Desk Coordinator to join us at the heart of our operations, and it's never been a better time to join us.
The Role
As Service Desk Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll be the all-important link between customers, operational teams, and management, making sure enquiries are handled well, information is accurate, and services are delivered as promised. You'll be trusted to manage your workload, supported when things get busy, and valued for the contribution you make to the wider business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email
- Logging and managing service requests accurately using our systems
- Liaising with operational teams to schedule work and resolve issues
- Keeping customers informed and managing expectations clearly and professionally
- Monitoring jobs through to completion and escalating issues where needed
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting for the operations team
Full training and support will be provided.
About You
You'll likely have experience in a customer service, helpdesk, coordination, or administrative role and be comfortable dealing with people by phone and email. You're organised, calm under pressure, and take pride in doing things properly. You notice the detail, follow things through, and like being someone others can rely on. Experience in waste, environmental services, or another operational setting is helpful, but not essential; for us, your attitude and approach matter more. You will have your own transport due to the office location and be office based Mon-Fri.

- A close-knit, supportive team where people are treated with respect
- Trust and autonomy to do your job well
- Direct exposure to senior leaders and the chance to learn as the business grows
- A role where your contribution is visible and valued
- A stable, growing business with a strong future in an essential industry
If you're looking for a role where you can do good work, be respected for it, and grow with a business that's going places, we'd like to hear from you.
