Hey Baby 4D Northampton is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in Cliftonville, Northampton. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our busy team. This is a maternity cover contract, expected to commence in July 2026 and continue until August 2027.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
- Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
- Taking payments
- Acting as a Chaperone where required
- Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
- Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
- Completing job‑specific training
- Handling referrals with compassion
- Working alone on Sundays
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in either reception or administration work would be preferable.
- You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A previous role in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential.
- The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- A satisfactory DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to employment and maintained throughout the duration of employment.
