Hey Alfie is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, with room to expand into affiliates and direct mail. You’ll be in London, working directly with the CEO, VP of Growth, and Product to drive strategy and execution.
This is a hands-on, seed-stage role with a substantial budget; you decide allocation, prove results, and scale. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in our Tower Bridge office.
