The company are hiring to meet the demand of customers.
As a Software Development Manager you will be involved in day to day management of a team of 10+ engineers.
You will also be involved in the Architecture and future planning of their products.
This is a semi remote Software Development Manager role.
Most of the team are in the office 4 days a week.
Due to the nature of the work, a technical background or relevant engineering background is essential.
Key Skills Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Similar Excellent background in C++ development or modelling related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc)4+ years project lead or Team lead experience Good experience liaising with customers on requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills The company are able to offer circa 55k – 80k dependent on experience, with flexibility beyond this on particularly relevant candidates.
The company are also looking to offer shares in the business.
