In this on-site London role, you drive growth by owning client opportunities from initial engagement to contract award and ongoing account expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to win complex deals in a software consultancy context, shaping proposals and steering multi-stakeholder decisions. Responsibilities
- Own opportunities from engagement through to mobilisation, contract award and account growth
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, tenders and procurement processes
- Develop proposals and lead negotiations to close deals
- Engage operational, technical and senior stakeholders to progress opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely mobilisation and delivery
Key requirements
- 4+ years in B2B business development, sales management or related commercial roles
- Experience with software consultancy companies
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and procurement processes
- Strong commercial, negotiation and proposal development skills
- Confident engaging with operational, technical and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisation and pipeline management skills
