Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and decision-making for the FPGA team
- Oversee RTL design activities using Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC/FPGA development
- Deliver digital designs for ASIC and FPGA applications
- Mentor and guide engineers to improve performance and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Support scripting and automation efforts (e.g., Python) to streamline design workflows
Key requirements
- Team management experience in an engineering environment
- In-depth RTL design experience using Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC/FPGA
- Strong experience delivering digital designs for ASIC and FPGA
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
