Senior Software Testing Engineer, Camberely , £60k – £65k Hexwired Recruitment have partnered with a growing digital communication technology company. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer to implement testing, develop automated tests and integrate these into CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Python, C and C++, along with a solid understanding of Linux OS and software quality practices. Key Responsibilities * Testing Tools: Choose, configure, and execute tools for static code analysis and code coverage to uphold high software quality standards. * Test Development: Develop, maintain, and run unit tests for software to ensure reliable and robust functionality. * Automation: Design and implement automation frameworks using Python, integrating them into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with tools such as GitLab and Jenkins to ensure ongoing testing within the software development lifecycle. * Linux Expertise: Utilise Linux OS for testing, debugging, and ensuring compatibility within a Linuxbased environment.
