Salary: £14.00 per hour

You’ll report to the Lead Buyer and support the Procurement Manager, working with all departments and suppliers to help keep purchasing running smoothly.

Main Purpose

Support buying and procurement by processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring goods/services are ordered correctly, on time, and at the right cost and quality.

Key Duties

  • Procurement admin
    • Raise purchase orders for low-value and repeat items
    • Process routine office supply orders
    • Keep procurement records and systems up to date
    • Help with invoices and supplier queries
    • Maintain filing and documentation
  • Supplier admin
    • Support supplier onboarding
    • Manage supplier documents and compliance records
    • Update supplier information
    • Deal with basic supplier admin queries
  • Data & admin support
    • Enter and update data in ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets
    • Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
    • Organise procurement files
  • Team support
    • Assist Procurement Manager and Buyers
    • Help improve admin processes
    • Support communication between departments
