Requirements
- Strong background in Data Architecture or Data Platform Engineering
- Experience owning architecture across complex enterprise programmes
- Knowledge of cloud, on-prem and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Experience with data governance, metadata, lineage and lifecycle management
- Understanding of scalable integration patterns, APIs and event‑driven architectures
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills
- Experience working within secure, regulated or mission‑critical environments is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our end‑to‑end Data Fabric architecture
- Define our architecture roadmaps, standards, governance and best practices
- Lead data integration and interoperability strategies across multiple environments
- Design scalable data processing, storage, metadata and governance solutions
- Establish architecture patterns and technical guardrails for engineering teams
- Lead architectural assurance and governance activities
- Support secure deployments across cloud, hybrid and on‑prem environments
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects
