They are looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager based in London who will help to build a product that customers trust within a company built on AI.
The main responsibilities for the Lead Customer Success Manager in London are to own relationships with the company’s clients once they begin using the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing B2B Saa S role.
- Proven ability to build with AI tools—designing and deploying workflows/automations that solve operational problems.
- Experience managing high-value client relationships and driving product adoption.
- Track record converting pilots to paid and maintaining strong retention.
- Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, webhooks).
- Strong diagnostic skills and methodical root-cause analysis.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Thrives in a fast-moving early-stage startup environment.
