FPGA Engineer – £40k – £65k – semi remote – Slough Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an expanding Electronics manufacturer based in Slough now seeking an FPGA Engineer to help deliver key projects for clients across a range of applications. You will be working as part of an experienced team to develop a range of bespoke products.The company are expanding to meet the demands of their clients and are seeking an FPGA Engineer ideally with previous experience in VHDL and hands on Xilinx experience. As the company is beginning a number of projects from scratch, you will get the chance to see a number of products from design to manufacture.This is an FPGA job focusing primarily on VHDL programming for either Xilinx or Altera FPGA\’s, as well as working on high speed and low latency applications.Key Skills Degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Maths or similar3+ years commercial FPGA design experienceGood commercial VHDL experienceCommercial Xilinx or Altera experienceExperience working on PCIe and/or DDR4 commsThe company is looking to offer circa £65k along with an excellent benefits package, remote work and the chance to work on a diverse range of products.
