As data support engineer you will empower users across the platform userbase by facilitating the seamless integration of data, enabling applications that drive superior decision-making. Working closely with product engineers and other support engineers, you’ll resolve user queries promptly, distilling observed trends into feature requests.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical liaison for data engineers, providing second-line support
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the application to appropriately address user inquiries
  • Work with product engineers to diagnose and resolve bugs reported by users
  • Contribute to documentation and clarifying complex concepts
