The role
Hexegic are looking for a skilled network operations engineer, with a leaning towards Linux based infrastructure. This role would be suitable for a proactive and reliable communicator who is detail oriented, technically capable and comfortable supporting multiple teams.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and triage alerts ensuring they are routed to correct teams
- Support the securer movement of files between systems operating at different classifications
- Manage data transfers and deploy upgrades to systems
- Remain available to support engineering teams, providing assistance, updates and coordination to resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong working relationships with teams and individuals requiring support
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a NOC environment
- Understanding and experience in Linux infrastructure
- Strong interest in software development and DevOps work
- Experience with RedHat Linux distributions is ideal
