The role Hexegic are looking for a skilled cloud engineer with a strong background in AWS to contribute to the secure design, development and deployment of cloud infrastructure to our military customer. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects in our collaborative Applied Technology team, with a high degree of autonomy.

Core Responsibilities- Secure development, deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, applications and devices
- Deployment and uptime of cloud services
- Deployment of cloud services using IAC, and applications with Ansible
- Collaborating with the wider applied technology team and customer to define, design and propose innovative solutions to complex problems
- Investigate and test new technologies and services to improve our work
- Strong experience with AWS
- Experience using IAC, such as Terraform
- Experience with Ansible for configuration
- Proficiency in networking
- Active security clearance is a must for this position
- Base salary of £65-75k
- £5000 a year professional development budget

- 25 days annual leave
Note: this role will require 4 days per week on-site supporting our customer, and candidates are required to hold at least an active SC clearance, and be willing and eligible to obtain DV.
