Hexcel is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for our Duxford, UK location.

Support internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with QMS, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Manage and support non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action implementation.

Support manufacturing teams with quality-related guidance and issue resolution.

Apply appropriate quality tools and methodologies to address issues effectively.

Manage customer quality communications in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor, analyze, and report on quality KPIs to drive performance improvements.

Promote a quality-focused culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience working in a Quality Engineering or similar quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.

Experience of customer quality management, specification review, contract requirements, and quality issue resolution.

Proven experience using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.

Demonstrated commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
