Role Overview

The Duck Creek Tech App Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting application solutions using Duck Creek Technologies. The specialist will work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and ensure the technical solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Build, Configure and customize the Duck Creek Policy and Billing system according to specified business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand needs and implement system modifications and enhancements.
• Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and customization.
• Conduct testing of new configurations and customizations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
• Work with vendors and external partners to resolve any system-related issues.
• Stay up to date with Duck Creek Technologies updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements to our system.
