- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials
- Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments
- Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting)
- Experience managing systems integrators and cross-functional delivery teams
- Expert in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive (fast) decisions in complex environments quickly
- Ability to create and visualize presentations and results on executive summary level
