Description - The PMO Associate is a key enabler of CAB’s Change and Transformation agenda, providing essential support to ensure initiatives are delivered with clear financial control, strong governance and reliable insight. Reporting into the Head of Change, the role focuses on maintaining visibility of budgets, resourcing and delivery progress, helping teams stay on track and within approved funding. Through accurate timesheet coordination, financial tracking and portfolio reporting, the PMO Analyst supports informed decision-making and early identification of risks or issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet Coordination: Support the timesheet process by monitoring submissions and helping colleagues resolve input and output queries. Highlight any missing or unusual entries to the Head of Change or Delivery Managers in a clear, ahead of time. Keep timesheet and resourcing information aligned with approved project budgets.
  • Budget & Financial Tracking Support: Maintain financial trackers covering budgets, spend and forecasts. Work with Finance and Delivery Managers to keep information consistent and up to date. Provide support to the Delivery Managers by managing the resourcing and budgetary activities using existing CAB platforms and tools (ie, Execview).
  • Reporting & Portfolio Insights: Contribute to the preparation of portfolio dashboards and regular PMO reports. Help consolidate project information into standard templates, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Support tracking of key metrics such as milestones, risks, and budget movements.

Non-Core Responsibilities:

  • Support to the Change Portfolio: Assist with keeping project documentation tidy, accurate, and available. Help coordinate inputs for governance forums, ensuring information is gathered and shared smoothly. Provide light-touch support across project teams — following up on status updates, risks or actions if required.
